Stale
Old and no longer current or useful for making timely decisions.

When the financial numbers are finally completed in the middle of a reporting period, they describe the previous period and may already be outdated.
For example, if March’s results are not finalized until April 15, the March numbers are “stale” because the company has already moved well into April.
This does not mean the numbers are necessarily incorrect. It means they are late and less useful because they are no longer fresh.
